Each new scout is enrolled in our Pathways Program. The program is a half hour section of each Troop Meeting. New scouts work on scouting skills and rank advancements with an older scout or adult troop leader. The Pathways program is intended for ensuring and mentoring rank advancement for the new scout. Our goal is to move the new scout through the first three ranks - Scout, Tenderfoot and Second Class - within their first year.
